With Proper Storage Systems, you don’t need a forklift to handle your molds and dies. We have designed a better way to store and retrieve dies and molds by using our roll-out shelf units.
SR1
This mold storage system shows a curved monorail track. These tracks can actually be formed with any degree of curves to suit your needs.

Siemens had a problem and damaged many of their expensive wave-guides. They contracted us to design a roll-out shelf unit with a mini bridge crane that would allow them to pick up the wave-guides with the straps and set them on the transfer cart.

This mold storage system had a cantilevered monorail suspended off the top of our units and had to meet California's seismic requirements.

These stacks of sheet metal are set onto our shelves using the overhead crane and a mini sheet lifter.

This monorail was set to pick a motor off the back of the shelf. When the shelf is rolled halfway in, it can pick the motor off the front of the shelf.
