High Capacity Stationary Storage Racks
High-capacity stationary industrial storage racks, also known as "static racks", feature all-welded construction with no moving parts. Similar to pallet racking, shelves are flat and do not roll out. Multiple shelf units require a lifting/reach device to access the shelf and retrieve items from it, similar to a forklift.
High-capacity stationary storage racks allow for the storage of large items directly on the rack top, much like a worktable. Depending on the items stored, various features are available to enhance handling ease/safety. Standard features include lift tubes, special cradles (made from UHMW, HDPE, steel, or hardwood), or custom brackets for added support.
Our stationary industrial storage racks are typically used for storing large, bulky items. Racks have a capacity of up to 80,000 lbs., making them ideal for industrial applications, including automotive, industrial machinery, engine, steel fabrication, and tooling industries. Some everyday items stored are steel coils, large sheets, CNC tooling, and large injection molds.
